Confidence and Self Esteem
Lack of encouragement or negative messages received in early years are easily internalised and a pattern of low self worth and low expectations is set. In later life, negative feedback and challenging life events can knock our confidence.
Hypnotherapy uses a variety of techniques, including cognitive behavioural and NLP to help the client overcome negative patterns of thought and open up confidently to his or her own potential. Relaxation skills are developed and goal setting is used to build up achievement which, in turn, feeds the client’s confidence.
