How Does Hypnotherapy Work?

Hypnosis is a state of deep mental and physical relaxation, but it is not sleep and the client remains in control throughout.

While in hypnosis, clients find it possible to gain new perspectives and to discover inner resources, which assist them in achieving their goals and making positive changes in habits or patterns of thought.

The client is enabled to attain a sense of calm and well being and the ability to meet the challenges of daily life with confidence and inner strength.

Consultations will typically consist of three to five sessions of one hour each, with the client normally experiencing beneficial improvements from the very first session.
